Marnhull Fest 2023

SCARS ran a Tombola at the popular Marnfest in Marnhull on Saturday 8th July 2023. We all had a great day and raised the sum of £112.00

Community Shop Donation

Stalbridge Community Shop made a fabulous donation to SCARS of £1,000. The Committee wish to thank the Trustees very much for their donation that will support the vital work of SCARS going forward.

Brew & Bake!

SCARS are holding a Brew & Bake event for Prostate Cancer on Saturday 23rd September 2023 at Henstridge Village Hall from 10am to 1pm.  All funds raised will be shared 50/50 between Prostate Cancer and SCARS.  We will be selling hot beverages and a lovely selection of homemade cakes.

North Dorset Prostate Cancer Support

North Dorset Prostate Cancer Support Group was started with the belief that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community. Our members provide the place and space for personal growth, self-reflection, learning, and bonding. We invite you to find out more information and hope you will join us. 
The group meets on the last Friday of each month (excluding December) at 7:30pm at Gillingham Methodist Church, High Street, Gillingham, SP8 4AG.
